About Us

On any given night at 411 E Austin Street, you might find someone's grandmother two-stepping next to a college kid, a pool cue cracking in the background, and darts flying across the room. That is exactly what members here describe, and it is exactly what makes this lodge different from a generic event hall. The Elks Lodge Marshall has earned a 4.4-star reputation not from a slick marketing campaign, but from real people who walked in for the first time and stayed for the community.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks was founded in 1868, and Marshall's chapter carries that same spirit into every gathering. This is a place built on genuine connection, where young and old mix without awkwardness, where strangers become regulars after a single visit. Members show up because the room is alive, not because they have to.

What We Offer

The lodge at Marshall, TX opens its doors for far more than member nights. The venue is a go-to rental for private parties, corporate meetings, family reunions, and milestone celebrations. The space accommodates groups large and small, and the atmosphere is already built in, no decorating required to make a room feel warm.

Beyond the event rentals, active members enjoy regular social nights featuring pool tables, dart boards, music, and dancing. The lodge also supports community charity programs, youth initiatives, and veterans outreach consistent with the national Elks mission. Membership is open to U.S. citizens 21 and older who believe in God, giving members access to all events, facilities, and the broader national Elks network.

"Small town hole in the wall. Cheap beers and drinks, but not lively at all unless you know somebody. Need to know a member to be able to get in."

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
